3 The following terms and conditions apply to all users of the site whether you are a Crew Member with a profile, employer searching for Crew / Facilities, an agent, an advertiser or service provider. By using any of the ‘CREW Websites you are accepting these terms and conditions, and must abide and comply by them. Please refrain from using the site should you not agree with them.
4 To register as a CREW member on the main section, you must meet a certain criteria:
a) Be above the age of 18 years old
b) Be legally allowed to work in the UK
c) Have four+ Broadcasting credits and two or more years paid work within the Film/TV/screen industry.
5 To register as a New Talent member on the site you must meet the following criteria:
a) Be above the age of 18 years old
b) Be legally allowed to work in the UK
Any member found lying on their application or on their profile page will be struck off the database immediately.
6 Paid memberships will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Sometimes due to high demand we aim to process basic applications within three working days of receipt, but we can of course, not guarantee this.
Any information that has already been added to the Website is in the public domain but if you are unhappy and want it removing please notify us at [email protected]

7 CREW UK Holdings Limited is the owner and/or licensee of all intellectual property rights associated with this site, including all materials published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws, and all such rights are strictly reserved.

- contact users for reasons unrelated to the site’s purpose.

14 By using the Crew website, the user accepts a charge of £50,000 if the site is used for advertising or canvassing purposes, or if content from the site is published in any unauthorised manner.
15 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided by you on the Crew website is owned or licensed by you, accurate, and kept up to date. The quality of the service provided to you and other users depends on the provision of accurate, complete, and lawful content. By using the site, you confirm that you have provided such information to the best of your knowledge.
16 You have the right to request the removal of your profile and details at any time. To do so, notify us in writing at [email protected]. We will aim to remove your information within seven days to allow sufficient time for processing.

18 For Employers: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the Crew members you select possess the necessary licenses, certifications, and qualifications required to perform the job offered. Additionally, you must conduct any relevant background or compliance checks as needed.
19 For Employees: You are responsible for verifying that the hiring company is legitimate, fully regulated, and offering employment terms that comply with legal requirements, including payment above the national minimum wage.
20 It is your responsibility to ensure that any job or appointment offered meets your expectations and terms. CREW UK Holdings ltd cannot verify or guarantee the nature, duration, or payment associated with any job or appointment.
21 Limitation of Liability CREW UK Holdings Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any content, services, and facilities provided through it.
22 Force Majeure CREW UK Holdings Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, war, civil unrest, pandemics, technical failures, or any other unforeseen event that prevents the company from fulfilling its obligations. In such cases, the company will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any delays or service disruptions.

27 Refusal of Membership – Crew reserves the right to refuse any request to join the database at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. Requests deemed unsuitable for the platform may be declined.
28 Revisions to Terms CREW UK Holdings Ltd reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. You are expected to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes, which are binding on you. Certain provisions in these terms and conditions may be superseded by specific notices or updates published elsewhere on our site

34 Payment Terms – By subscribing to a membership, the user agrees to pay the membership fee as detailed on the website for their chosen package. Fees are charged on an annual basis, and the user’s debit card will be automatically charged unless the membership is canceled at least 5 days before the renewal date. It is the responsibility of the member to be aware of their renewal date and ensure that payment details are up-to-date. If payment is not received, CREW UK Holdings Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s membership. The user is also responsible for any additional charges incurred through their chosen payment method.
35 Payment Method –Payments are made via debit card through our website.
36 Payment Company used – Our payments are processed through Stripe a secure and trusted third-party payment provider.
37 Automated Membership Renewals – By subscribing to a paid membership, you agree to the automatic renewal of your membership on an annual basis, in line with the billing date of your initial purchase. This ensures continuous access to our premium services and features without interruption.
38 User Responsibilities – Users are responsible for maintaining up-to-date bank card information. In the event of an unsuccessful renewal payment due to an expired card, the user’s profile will be removed from visibility on the website until payment is successfully processed.
39 Cancellations and Refunds – To cancel your free or paid membership, please email us at [email protected] to ensure proper removal from the website and associated networks.
For new paid memberships, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Once a membership has been renewed, the member has 7 days from the renewal date to request a refund. After this 7-day period, no refund requests will be accepted, as it is the responsibility of the member to be aware of their renewal date and manage their membership accordingly.
A nominal administrative fee of approximately £1.50 will apply to cancellations made after the renewal date or for late cancellations. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the efficiency of our services. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
